The Children's Program Room accommodates up to 30 people, with 4 tables and 20 chairs (all are child-sized). It has a vinyl floor, a large area rug and 2 sinks. It is located in the children's room on the first floor of the library, accessible by either a ramp or a small staircase.
Conference Room, Northborough Free Library

Booking Period: Between 30 minutes and 8 hours
The Conference Room seats 15 people at a conference table, with perimeter seating to accommodate a total of 23 people. This room has a large dry erase board. It is located to your left as you come in the main doors of the library.

Meeting Room, Northborough Free Library
Official Capacity: 100
Booking Period: Between 30 minutes and 8 hours
The Meeting Room seats up to 100 people, and includes 8 tables that may be set up. It also has a large projector screen, podium, and AV system. It is on the first floor, connected to the lobby by a hallway.

Quiet Study Room, Northborough Free Library

Booking Period: Between 30 minutes and 2 hours
There are two desks with two chairs each in this room that seats a maximum of 4 people and is available by reservation. The room may be reserved for up to two hours at a time. Reservations may be extended in 60 minute increments, at the discretion of the Adult Services staff, if the room is not reserved by another patron.
Groups can only have three reservations on the calendar at one time, and may only reserve the room up to one month in advance.
Reference Study Room, Northborough Free Library

Booking Period: Between 30 minutes and 2 hours
